Since it came out in May 2011, the newspaper Muy –edited in Buenos Aires by the Clarín group– faced the challenge of creating a place for itself in the so-called popular segment, a market dominated for many years by publications such as Diario Popular and Crónica. The challenge was greater still in light of the general crisis that had hit the printed papers. The paper’s postive results show that it has been successful on both accounts.
